01Who we are

Lily's Frontier Ventures (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") supplies goats, sheep, poultry birds and animal feeds. Our registered office is at 301, 3rd Floor, Innov8 Ackruti Star, Central Road, near Marol Telephone Exchange, Marol MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093, India.

We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website, our WhatsApp number, phone calls and email. We handle it in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

02What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order:

• Contact details — your name, phone / WhatsApp number and email address, when you contact us.
• Order and enquiry details — the animals or feed you ask about, quantities, your delivery location, preferred dates and anything else you tell us in a message or call.
• Messages and media — the text, voice notes, photos and documents you send us on WhatsApp or email.
• Payment and invoice details — the details needed to issue an invoice and record your payment. We do not ask for or store your card numbers or banking passwords.
• Basic technical data — like any website, our hosting provider and font provider may receive your IP address and browser type when you load a page. This website has no sign-up forms, does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

03WhatsApp & automated replies

Our WhatsApp number (+91 81691 59482) uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform. When you message us, an automated AI assistant may reply first to share stock, prices and delivery information, and to take down your requirement. Our team can see these conversations and will step in whenever needed, or whenever you ask to speak to a person.

To produce these replies, the content of your messages is processed by the AI service provider we use. Your messages are used only to answer you and handle your order — not to advertise to you.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Its own privacy policy also applies to your use of WhatsApp.

04How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and share stock, photos and prices.
• To prepare quotes, confirm orders and arrange delivery.
• To issue invoices, record payments and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send you updates about an order you have placed.
• To send occasional offers or festival booking reminders — only if you agree. You can reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.
• To keep our services secure and prevent misuse or fraud.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you message us) and for the legitimate purposes of fulfilling your order and complying with the law.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to serve you:

• Service providers who help us run our business — WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), our AI assistant provider, automation and hosting providers, and email services. They may process data outside India, and only on our instructions.
• Delivery and transport partners — your name, phone number and delivery address, so they can deliver your order.
• Professional advisers such as our accountants and auditors.
• Government or legal authorities when the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and chat records only as long as we need them to serve you, and order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 8 years). After that, we delete or anonymise them.

07Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information — secure (HTTPS) connections, access limited to the people who need it, and providers who follow recognised security practices. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as card numbers or passwords over WhatsApp or email.

08Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw your consent at any time — for example, by asking us to stop messaging you.
• Nominate another person to act for you in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

09Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
